Refund policy
We will not accept a return if requested more than 90 days after the purchase. Online orders may be returned by mail within the 90-day timeframe at your own expense. All items returned must be in returnable condition. All sealed products must be sealed to qualify for a full refund. Once we receive the item, we will process your return and issue you a refund. You can expect to see the amount refunded to your card within 2 to 5 business days. We do not accept returns of online purchases at our kiosk. If you’d like to exchange an item you purchased for a different item, you can send the original item back to our warehouse for a refund and place a new order for a different item or size.
